My Name In TBR Books Tag

Hello friends and fellow book lovers! It’s been FOREVER since I’ve done a tag post and I’m incredibly excited to do this one. Ally tagged me in this one like over a year ago and I haven’t done it. Either way, I wanted to give this one a try as I rarely talk about books I have on my TBR.

Before I get started, I wanted to thank Ally for tagging me. Even though I’m WAY too late on this, I’m still hyped to do it now. Anyways enough talking, let’s get into this tag and see if I can come up with a book for every letter of my name.

R: Release Some Tension

The first TBR book I could think of was Release Some Tension by Nicole Falls. I think I’ve only read one book by Nicole Falls but I LOVED it. I’ve heard a few booktubers and bloggers mention this book and it seems like it’s going to be nice and steamy. I’m so excited to read more of Nicole Falls’ backlist and see if I love the rest of her books.

E: Encore

The next book on my TBR is one I bought on my Kindle when I bought all of Katrina Jackson’s backlist. She’s easily one of my new favorite authors and I need to get caught up on her backlist. She has SO MANY books but this one is about a husband and wife who hook up after they’ve divorced. I’m pretty sure that’s the premise of this book but I could be wrong.

B: Bear With Me

The next book on my TBR is Bear With Me by Lucy Eden. I’ve only read one book by Lucy Eden but I enjoyed it. She writes such cute romances and I think this one is a paranormal/shifter romance. Maybe I’m wrong but either way, it seems like it’s going to be a fun/cozy read.

E: Exit, Pursued By A Bear

The next TBR book I picked out was Exit, Pursued By A Bear by E.K. Johnston. I’m pretty sure this book follows a girl who gets pregnant and the decision she makes to have an abortion. Honestly, I’ve only heard a few people talk about this one and I plan on giving it a try. It seems like it could end up being an extremely timely YA read.

C: Can’t Text This

The next book is one from a series I desperately need to finish. Ellyn introduced me to the Texting series earlier this year and I still have yet to read the last two books. This one is longer than the previous two so maybe that’s why I’m waiting. However, I think it’s going to be fun as it’s been a teacher and one of her student’s dads. As far as I know, the dad is Zach’s friend from book 1 and I’m excited to see his story.

C: Crazy Stupid Bromance

The next book on my TBR is Crazy Stupid Bromance. I’ve really enjoyed the Bromance Book Club series thus far. There’s no way I wasn’t going to have this one on my TBR. This book follows a friends-to-lovers romance between two side characters from the last book. I’m surprised that Lyssa Kay Adams featured these two but I’m hyped to read their story.

A: American Dreamer

The last TBR book I picked was American Dreamer by Adriana Herrera. I’ve never read anything by this author but I’ve heard good things. I’m pretty sure this is an m/m romance and it’s about two guys who both own food trucks. I might be totally wrong but this book seems like it’s going to be cute. I honestly could go either route with it as my library has both the audio and the ebook. Either way, it’s one I plan on getting to at some point.

That was the My Name in TBR Books tag. I’m happy I finally did this tag and could share some of the books I have on my TBR. Obviously, it’s almost exclusively romance which isn’t surprising. Nevertheless, it was fun to look through my Goodreads, my Amazon Wishlist and my Kindle to find answers to these. 1. I like this tag! Though with my name it’s probably less interesting and very short… 😅
I still haven’t read the second Bromance Book Club book, and I definitely want to read the third one too. I enjoyed the first book so much!
    Great post 🙂
